I have always believed that "working smart" - not hard - was the key to success. The problem, I guess, was with the meaning of the phrase "working smart". It's a very ambiguous term. It should have worked. But it didn't do any better than "This Dumb Little Ad....." I was on the verge of going back into some kind of real world business, except that I didn't have any capital left.

Then I got the idea of studying the people who have become Extremely Wealthy using the Internet, and duplicating what they did. Soon, I began to realize that most of the very rich Internet entrepreneurs worked night and day while they were getting their business up and running, but once they got the momentum going, they didn't have to work hard anymore at all. Indeed many Internet Tycoons started with nothing but an idea and a dream and now have enough money to buy Hong Kong...and enough time and freedom to enjoy it!

Now that's what I call true success... having lots of money and the good health and freedom to enjoy life with your family and friends! What good is a bank full of money if you are working 18 hours a day, seven days of the week? You've got to be able to earn your money automatically...remotely...and without spending a lot of time and energy doing it! 6 B's IN FORMULATING YOUR GOALS

     1. BE SPECIFIC: Make sure that the intent is clear; be sure that you really want to do it. How does the outcome look, sound, feel and smell? The more sensory rich your description the more power your brain has to create your results. SEE and FEEL the being.

     2. BE POSITIVE: In order for there to be ups, there must be downs. Remember all your failures, so when you succeed You can look back and have pride that you had strength enough overcome. Have you ever noticed someone in a checkout line who appeared old and cranky? You were probably turned off by their apparent crabbiness. But suddenly they smiled or made some humorous remark. Your perception of the person changed instantly. Now then, suddenly, they are warm, pleasant and attractive. What an amazing transformation!

If you're not using your smile, You're like a man with a million dollars in the bank and no checkbook.

Make sure you project the right kind of image. Try to appear pleasant and cheerful at all times. Develop a perpetual smile. Of course, a pleasant appearance is not important for business on the Internet, but it is critical to your off-line happiness.

Zig Ziglar advises ebullience! Even to go so far as to respond to the greeting "how are you" with a statement like: "Fantastic. But I'm getting better!" or "perfect. But I'm Improving." Can you see how this response will create a good first impression? Always remember that attitude is highly contagious. So make sure yours is worth catching!

A good, positive, cheerful attitude is one the most important features of your success profile. You'll seldom find a successful person who doesn't think that every day is the best day of his life. Do you feel that way? You should, because today is the only day you have!

So, greet every day enthusiastically. Wouldn't it be terrible if you missed one? And stop referring to your wake-up device as an "alarm" clock. It's an "Opportunity Clock"! It wakens you to new opportunities that never existed before. Greet them with excitement and joy!

Amway has built a network of more than 3,000,000 active distributors, and has grown continuously for more than 40 years, on a solid base of positive thinking! They don't sell toothpaste and Laundry Detergent, they sell healthy mental attitudes!

Nothing is more important than maintaining a positive attitude toward your business. Let the smallest negative thought creep into your mind, and your goals will shrivel and disappear! Your enterprise will die!

As you start to apply the techniques of this Success Fund Raising System, you are going to make some mistakes. There's no doubt about it. Don't dwell on them. Learn something from them and move on. Be like Thomas Edison. When interviewed about his tremendous success by Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, Mr. Edison said that he couldn't help but succeed.      3. BE FOCUSED beyond your goals: This makes the goal only a stepping stone and easier to reach. How will you feel and look once your goal is completed? If you don't know how you will feel and look once you have completed your goals you might already be their. You could be winning and feel like you are losing if you don't keep score. It is a fact that we all move in the direction of our most dominant thought, so stay focused.

One of the reasons for establishing a clear-cut plan is to avoid wasting time and energy going down dead-end streets and switch- back roads. It's important to get to your goal as quickly as possible. What time-wasting activities should you avoid? Well, they DO NOT include your leisure-time activities. Your goal is to create a massive income with the free time to enjoy it. You don't want to avoid leisure-time activities, you want to INCREASE them! No. The time-wasting activities I am referring to are things like taking a part-time JOB. Nothing could be more detrimental to your plans for Success.

A little later, I am going to show you how to put your business on auto-pilot so that you are not wasting your time working! Isn't that why you're reading this booklet? You want to lead the good life.

     4. BE IN CONTROL: Avoid overloading. Your goals must be exactly that, YOUR goals. They must not be dependent upon other people or things having to change to keep you happy.

     5. BE ADVENTUROUS: Take risk and "GO FOR IT" Pretend you are a child again, before you began to hear the word NO. Go beyond this limiting belief system. Shoot for the stars and you will become one. If anybody has done it, so can you. If no one has done it. You CAN!! If you Believe you can.

     6. BE FUN: Make sure that you are doing what you enjoy!

"Everything you ever desired can be achieved when you truly enjoy what you are doing, for pleasure is our prime motivator. If you get pleasure from what you do, you can do anything!"

The only difference between a Good life And a Bad one Is your ATTITUDE! Make your goals fun. If they're not they won't work for you. In changing your behavior you have to substitute every habit with something as good as or better.

It seems axiomatic that you would have to enjoy something that could make you more than $1,000 a week, right? Well that's not necessary true. It's difficult to remember, when you are to your neck in alligators, that your main objective was to drain the swimming pool. Your job can be tedious...or even terrifying...if you don't enjoy.

Keep your mind set firmly set on your goals or the first setback that comes along will be devastating! Even the sheer boredom of repetitive successes can wear you out long before you reach your goal! You see, it's more than just a matter of raising money for your organization; it's the challenge and the exhilaration of success that makes the effort worth while.

WRITE YOU GOALS DOWN, however, before you do take a few minutes and close you eyes and dream of how you want to be. Pretend you are a kid again with NO LIMITATIONS. Dream and dream big for if you were not suppose to have your goals the Creator would not have given you the idea and desire to see it to its completions. Now write your fundraising goals in a positive manner here in the space provide. AUCTION?..

Establish Deadlines for your goals.

Until you value yourself, you won't value your time. Until you value your time, you will not value yourself.

You'll notice that when we set our goal firmly at more than $1,000 or more per month, we also added a time frame of 180 days.

This may seem like a small point, but it's an extremely important one. A goal without a deadline for achievement is no goal at all. Imagine going on a diet and resolving to lose 36 pounds without any sort of time-frame. The diet is doomed to failure.

Let's use the diet example to explore this discussion just a little bit more. The overweight person's main goal might be to lose 36 pounds in three months. Your main goal is to earn more than $1,000 or more per month in 180 days. The dieter would probably want to break his diet goal down a little and redefine it as: lose 3 pounds a week for three months.

Your financial goal might be restated as well. How about planning to make just $100 in your first month, while you're doing your planning and testing? The second month, you'll probably see your earnings rise to $500 as you become more comfortable with your new program. Your income should double again to more than $1,000 in your fourth month, and then soar past your $1,000 or more per month goal by the end of the 180 day deadline!

One of the most important reasons for establishing these marker points in your goal is to help you overcome inertia...your natural inclination to put things off!

"Good things come to those who wait, but they are just left-overs from those who hustled."

Every human being possesses an element of laziness. Particularly when faced with what seems like an impossible task...and, at first, earning a fund raising income of $1,000 or more per month may appear to be an unlikely possibility to you.

On the other hand, $100 a week isn't such a big deal and achieving a first small goal like this will help establish a pattern for success and give you much more confidence in your ability to achieve unlimited success! How will I obtain my Goals?

OK. We have established goals, instituted timetables and set up milestones. Now you've got to make a plan for achieving these goals. This is sort of like charting the route to your vacation destination. If you just hopped into your car and started out without any idea what direction to go, what highways to travel on, or what cities you'd pass through along the way, what do you think would be the chances of reaching your destination? However, I don't want you to develop your plan just yet. This is far too important a step to take before you get all the facts of this program. So let's just set it aside for the moment, until you've become fully conversant with all of the details of the secrets for success program.

Once again, don't worry. I will guide you all the way in this. My goal is to teach you everything you need to know to start getting results quickly. If you'll let me take you by the hand, you will have the opportunity to start making unbelievable money within 180 days! You'll be earning for you or your Non Profit Organization at least $1,000 per week, week after week, month after month, year after year, for a least the next 06 years.

Avoid contact with Negative people.

"An athlete striving to become the best, Lets nothing stand in the way;

If you want to be successful, it's important to associate only with positive people. You must shut out the negative opinions of your negative friends and relatives. No matter what business you get into, they will bombard you with doubts and discouragement. Unless they are already successful in the business you are contemplating, their opinions cannot contribute to your success...only to your failure! Negative people will tell you: "that will never work. There's got to be a catch somewhere...mark my words".

The fact is that while negative people hesitate because they feel inferior, positive people are busy making mistakes...and becoming superior!

Have you ever talked with an ex-Amway distributor? According to them, Amway products are good, but the distribution system is evil! In attempting to justify their own failures they completely forget that Amway has created thousands of millionaires in its 40 years in business. It's not that the system failed them, they failed the system!

Remember that failure is only a temporary situation; Giving up is what makes it permanent. Maintain a good positive attitude at all times.

Associate with People who share your goals and values.

"Not all are blessed with great ability, But with teamwork and perseverance, All can accomplish great things." "Together we are making a World of Difference!!!"

I suggest that you begin immediately to make friends with the most successful members of your business and in your community. Find ways to be around, and communicate with people who share your goals and values.

Most people will happily pay for something that will solve some pressing problem that concerns them. In other words you should (1) offer something to provide solutions. (2) of interest to almost everybody. In fact, the bulk of products and services offered on the Web are attractive to a very tiny percentage of people. Born Dec 23, 1944, St Cloud, Minnesota Mother half German and half Ojibwa, Indian. His father full blooded Norwegian. Raised by mother until 5, partly on Northern Minnesota reservation when he among other things learned to fish by only using his hands. His step-father, John McDonough, was a 110% Irishmen. At age 5 he was sent in a taxi to his unbeknown father until he left home at age 13. . Lived/worked on farms in Southern Minnesota, Northern Iowa farming towns until 17 when he joined USAF. After Air Forced went back home to Minnesota until 1980 and moved to Marina del Rey, California.

Incident happened approximately 4 years ago. Story begins with a tow truck hauling what appears to be a 1953, XK 120 Jaguar through Marina del Rey, CA An arrest happened as they were unloading Lyle Prototype Car he has been building for the last 10 years and which resembles a 1953, XK 120 Jaguar. The driver, Lyles and his significant other Gladys of 13 years pulling in front of their residence of 12 years and stop to unload car. The tow truck driver turned on his flashing lights and out of nowhere, three, gun drawn, US Marshals had Lyle lie on the ground, hand cuffed him and arrest him for alleged mail fraud and money laundering. His friends and neighbors who had gathered were as shocked as he was. Lyle has a clean Fed and State Criminal record and all charges were dismissed after being investigated for 35 months. Having been brought up in the Midwest believes Integrity is a person’s most important asset.

The mail fraud charges stemmed from money ($250,000- 7 different loan checks) he had borrowed from the Jerda family, Fargo, No Dakota for (1) start up cost for a US Non-Profit Organization, World Peace Flag Organization. (2) Seed money for the development of Silver Eagle Unlimited, a Nevada Corporation. A few people in the Federal Government contended that because the loan checks and subsequent promissory notes were sent through the mail and because the entire loan had not been paid back on time it was considered to be a Federal criminal matter and not a civil matter. All throughout the 35 month Federal Investigation Lyle always admitted that he borrowed the money and could not pay it all back. He did pay back $67,000 during the months just before the arrest. The Jerda Family wanted it all. Mrs. Jerda at the Grand Jury hearing to see if the Government had enough evidence to bring charges read all the answers to the Grad Jury’s question off of pre printed answer provided by the Government. It was later established she was not capable of answering on here own because of her memory loss and all charges were dismissed.

The World Peace Flag Organization raises money to be given to help feed and house the homeless thru the distribution of peace products. Its goal is to have a different peace flag each year for the next 10 years and then have the human family vote as to which flag will become the International Flag of Peace. No one person has earned any salary since its inception in 1996 and when salaries are to begin Its By-Laws state that no one person will earn more than $500 a week in salary. After being arrest for alleged Mail Fraud Lyle was held in the Federal Prison System for approximately three months before being released to the custody of his 13 year partner Gladys. When they tried to get him released on bail no Bail Bondsmen could help as the Government would only accept a home equity bond of $100,000. The Federal Court system would not accept cash. During Lyle’s jail time he was wrongfully held and had to associate with Federal Convicted Prisoners. Killers, rapist, robbers, you name it he was among them. Spent time in four different prisons and spent one 11 hours day on Con Air with nothing to eat and one inmate was offered a plastic bag to urinate and or defecate in when he asked to use the facilities. Lyle went on hunger strikes and the like just so I could be thrown into the hole to get away from the weirdoes. Walked away from several fights and advances. Our Federal Prison System is HELL and while awaiting trial you are treated as guilty until proven innocent.

During the 35 month of the investigation, Lyle was given a Court Appointed Attorney who was paid for by the same people who were investigating him because the system had taken all the assets he owned and he could not afford any further private counsel. The Speedy Trial law was abused by the Federal Government several times over the almost three year period. It states trial must happen within 60 days of arraignment and that process must happen within 10 days of arrest. It never did and took one month short of three years to have it scheduled and then ALL charges dismissed two days before because of insufficient evidence on the part of the Federal Government. Also, during their investigation he was not permitted to work at his profession as an Investment Consultant of 32 years or mention Peace or have anything to do with the World Peace Flags Organization. Consequently, he lost the two investors who were about to put 25 million into the SE Project. Additionally, at one point, out of fear, he agreed to a plea bargained hardly ever used in the court system which is the Alford Plea. After entering the plea they wanted him to confess to things he did not do, the plea was consequently rescinded by an intelligent Fargo, No Dakota Judge. The Rule 20 was also abused. During the 35 months of Federal abuse several articles were written by the Fargo Newspaper that was 100% bias against Lyle. His attorney advised him not to try and clear up his name on each occasion when the paper erroneously printed lies fully taking the side of the “little old lady”. It was never printed in any of their papers that her college educated son Jon approved each and every loan.

The abuse from the Federal Government stems from the fact, Fargo, No Dakota is a small town of only about 80,000 people. Everybody knows everybody. Approximately 30 years ago when Jon Jerda and the Prosecuting Attorney were younger, the town was only about 30,000 people. The son of the Jerda family, Jon, is a retired Policeman and the Prosecuting Attorney went to the same schools and was good friends. Fact of the matter is Mrs. Jerda was the principal of a school just outside of Fargo and the family knew everybody. It is a fact that Mrs. Jerda was very tight with her money. She was the rich little old lady who lived like a hermit in a small apartment in downtown Fargo and filled her purse with food from the local buffets. She was to cheep to hire here own Attorney and go to Civil Court where the matter belonged. Her Policemen son Jon has made several death and/or body injury threats against Lyle.

NOTE: During the four years prior to the arrest Lyle and Gladys have maintained their current small one room apartment in Marina del Rey, California and had a Houseboat at Las Vegas Bay Marina which was used as an office. After being released on bail and awaiting trial Lyle and Gladys were donated the use of a 49 foot Yacht, parked in front of the Ritz Carlton in Marina del Rey, CA by Gladys son who was the base player for Ozzy for 8 years, Alice In Chains and currently the band Heart. These areas and facts should make for interesting story and viewing.

The happy ending to this story will be the financing of the Silver Eagle Project and will show the building of the exact replica of Noah’s Ark. Fact is the land that the project was to build on over 4 years ago is still available because the 509 acres is owned by 5 different families and did not have any water rights. December 2003 nine Counts were served upon Mr. Noorlun by the State of North Dakota for the same unpaid loan of what had already been dismissed by the Federal Government (called Mail Fraud) just a year prior. The State of ND believes that not being able to pay a loan is a criminal act. The counts were for three outstanding Promissory Notes of $170,000 $50,000 & $30,000: 3 counts for Sale of ND Securities, 3counts for Solicitation of ND Securities and 3 counts for a Cease and Desist order. It is important to note that all 9 charges had the word “INTENT” in it meaning Mr. Noorlun had planed for his two projects which the moneys was used for NOT TO BE A SUCCESS. All of the money which was loaned is accountable for in business expense. September 2004 Judge N. Backes declared a Promissory Note is now considered in the State of North Dakota a Security and if two parties in the State of ND make a business loan between each other it is considered a Promissory Note and as of Sep 2004 must be registered with the State of North Dakota Securities and Exchange Commission along with a filing fee of $50.00 The State of ND went back 6 years and prosecuted Mr. Noorlun on 3 Promissory Notes with the same ND family. “The new law definition of a Promissory Note was defined in Sept 04. At Pre-Trial Judge Backes WOULD NOT ALLOW US TO HAVE ANY WITNESS AT TRIAL. They offered in there Plea Bargin (if I would plead guilty): no more jail with credit for time served while awaiting to go to Federal Trail. Why would I want to plead guilty for something I did not do?

Approximately, 6 years ago Mr. Noorlun had borrowed money from the Jerdee family who live in Minnesota and North Dakota . Seven loans were made via Promissory Notes over a period of a year and a half. Four were paid back at 14% interest. Of the three outstanding notes totaling $250,000 2 custom vehicles and 2 boats were given to the Jerdee family when Mr. Noorlun did not have any more cash per the request of Norma Jerdee the mother of the family. Titles and keys etc were sent to Norma at her request. The value of these 5 items is between $60,000 and $90,000 dollars. The current unpaid balance of these notes would be $190,000 if we use the minimum value. NOTE: These notes were legally dismissed via US Bankruptcy June 2003, however, Mr. Noorlun feels morally obligated to repay. Jon Jerdee, whom resides in Northome, Minn is the eldest son and is the Executor of his mothers Norma’s Estate and he has been paid back all of this loans. His wife is still owed $20,000 via a Promissory Note. Generally a Security (Stock) (by Fed Law definition) would pay a share of the Companies profits (if any); a dividend. A Promissory note generally will pay set amount of interest. December 2003, Court Appointed Attorney Mottinger was assigned to this case because Mr. Noorlun had used all his assets up while under 5 years of investigation by the Federal Government before all charges were dismissed two days before trial. While under Supervised Release Mr. Noorlun could not work at his career of the last 34 years of Financial Planning and worked at a boat yard in So Cal at $8.00 per hour. During Mr. Noorlun 34 years as a Life Insurance salesperson he only had one small complaint for a $600.00 unpaid (by the Insurance Company) medial bill at the California Department of Insurance. No other complaints in 34 years of service. How can a person pay back a loan of $190,000 at $8.00 an hour? He had spent 5 years under Supervised Release which is the same thing as Probations in his home State of California. With the current result of the State of ND trial Mr. Noorlun has lost of his Financial Planning licenses and would be subject to jobs at $8.00 - $15.00 per hour. In August of 2004 Mr. Noorlun was asked to join the Financial Planning team of the reputable football player Fran Tarkenton of which his earning would be a minimum of $100,000 per year. The Tarkenton team of Financial Planners is averaging incomes of between $100,000 - $300,000 per year. If the current $250,000 restitution (should be $190,000) is not paid within 5 years he is subject to another four and a half years of jail time. Mr. Noorlun has not had any problem with the law since he was a teenager over 40 years ago because having left home at age 14.

November 2004 Results of un-fair State Trial – Judge did not allow for any of our witness to be present. Only State of ND had any witnesses.

Mr. Mottinger, the State of ND appointed attorney did not call any of the 11 witness Mr. Noorlun had given him and told him just minutes before trial if he said anything that he would walk out. At the pre-trial hearing Judge Backes would not allow for any witness to be at trial. It is important to note Mr. Noorlun had tried to fire Mr. Mottinger at three different times notifying via certified mail to Presiding Judge Georgia Dawson, dated 10-20-2004, Judge McGuire – 5-28-2004 and Judge N. Backes, 9-21-2004 . NOTE: In the letter to Judge McGuire of May 04 Mr. Noorlun was also asking for his right to a “Speed Trial” Judge McGuire never responded to this request. A copy of Judge McGuire’s letter was sent to Presiding Judge Dawson and Judge N. Backes – all to no avail.

4. Court Appointed defense Attorney Mottinger’s only defense during trial was trying to convince everyone that their were no new Promissory Notes as they had renewed. He was fully aware of the letter I gave to the Jerdee family offering to renew their notes. His defense basically consisted of a brief closing statement of approximately 15 minutes. He CALLED NONE OF THE 11 witness Mr. Noorlun gave him. If he would have had at least the witness whom were ready for the Federal trial Mr. Noorlun would have been found not guilty because of the fact their was never any ‘INTENT’ to deceive in any of the 9 North Dakota State counts.

Following is State of North Dakotas exhibit #35 showing in line 6 that this definitely is not Mr Noorluns signature on the receipt for the Cease & Desist Order delivery.. As you can see his signature to the left is as different as night and day. Mr Noorlun received a year and a half of jail time PLUS an additional year and a half of Probation because the Court Appointed Attorney Mottinger did not point this simple fact out to the Jury although Mr Noorlun pointed these facts out to him at lease three times during trial "Never any INTEND-NOT MY SIGNATURE" all to death ears of his Court Appointed Attorney.

Lastly, my significant other, Gladys Jenkins and I who had been living to together for the 16 years prior to 4-11-05 (wedding date) were forced to get married by the ND & CA Departments of Probation/Parole or I could not come home from ND. We have had more disagreements in the last year then we have had in the 16 years we were living together. Don’t get me wrong I lover her dearly, more and more each day,, however, the point is we were forced to get married if we wanted to continue being a couple.

Lake Powell is up river from Lake Mead, Nevada which is just outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. As of July 2005 Lake Powell is now call River Powell as the lake is gone because of insufficient water supply from the Colorado River. The only ray of hope is that the growth in actual use of water has been slower than predicted.³

Dirty water is the cause of numerous diseases, but improving hygiene and sanitation are equally important in order to curb water-related diseases.

Parasites

The reality for millions comes nowhere near.	By contrast the average US citizen uses 500 liters per day, while the British average is 200.²

The rural poor
People in rural areas are four times more likely than those in cities to have no safe supply of water. The burden falls unequally on women who sometimes have to walk for hours to fetch water. A jerry can of water with a capacity of 18 litres weighs 20 kilos.

The urban poor
They are less likely than the well-off to be connected to mains water supplies and pay on average 12 times more per litre. In Jakarta, Indonesia the poor pay water vendors 60 times the price of water from a standard connection; in Karachi, Pakistan, 83 times; and in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and Nouakchott, Mauritania, 100 times.⁴

Some 97% of liquid freshwater is stored underground in aquifers. People, especially in rural areas, are increasingly dependent on groundwater – up to 2 billion people, a third of the world’s population, rely on it.¹

We, the assembled, on Saturday, June 25^th, 2005, do hereby proclaim our determination to give meaning to life and to be a dynamic force in strengthening our sense of common destiny with the world at large.

Therefore, we offer 36 directives – nine for each of four arenas important to the achievement of our stated goal:

I. Researching Universal Principles: because increasing understanding of universal principles and the embracing of them supports the goal of unity and cooperation.

1. The nature of the individual must not be bounded, and no one has the right to define another’s individuality.

2. Every individual’s inexorable seeking nature and drive to know and complete oneself must be encouraged.

3. The fundamental joy of individuality should strive to benefit self and others, and must be cultivated and celebrated.

4. To solve problems and enrich our lives, everybody needs to come together and interact with other human beings.

5. All humans must reframe their worldviews to also include global interdependence along with their national, local, and other identities.

6. A healthy, well-functioning society must not countenance a disproportionate gap between haves and have-nots and welcome the participation of all of its members.

8. Any individual’s shift in evolutionary position or physical composition influences a greater body.

9. The universe demands diversity for its continued expansion to realize infinite expression.

II. Developing Universal Persons: because the development of universal persons requires healing of illness and conflict, and enhanced interpersonal and expanded spiritual awareness.

Health and Healing

10. We must ensure every individual has the education and the means to attain access to clean water, nutrition, human settlements, and sanitation.

11. We must engage every person in the processes of identifying problems (physical, mental, spiritual), their solutions and implementation, as well as the evaluation of outcomes for the future.

12. We must recognize that policy – made at the personal through global levels – must integrate mechanisms for responsibility, accountability, and capacity building.

13. Create environments that promote awareness of and appreciation for diverse worldviews as potential contributions to global solutions.

14. Honor the uniqueness of every person and culture as we discover and explore our common needs and mutually beneficial directions.

15. Provide educational and cultural experiences that open hearts and minds to the common humanity of all.

17. Engage in constant examination of ourselves to make sure our energy and acts are focused and directed toward benefiting all communities of life on our planet.

18. Direct all our activities, hopes, and dreams and ”attunement” toward and for our source, called by any name or no name.

III. Communicating New Realities: because art, education, and media exert an overwhelming influence on individuals and society.

19 Education must include human rights, justice, peace, and environmental sustainability at local, regional, national, and international levels.

21. Education should inspire individuals throughout their lifetimes to be responsible for their contribution for a much better future for all life on earth!

Media

22. Informational media shall not show mistrust of groups but shall publish balanced views and positive aspects; and entertainment shall strive toward these same goals.

24. Media has a responsibility to not mislead, but accurately inform its public to the best of their abilities.

25. Art of the new civilization is based on universal principles of peace, justice, love, nonviolence, sustainability, balance of man/woman energies.

26. Art must recognize cultural diversity and promote solutions to universal problems.

27. Art must express individuality as well as collective concerns, and to awaken, inspire, energize, and catalyze change.

IV. Implementing New Civilization: because we are determined to build a united civilization in which global peace, health, and prosperity flourish and where both leaders and communities promote and reward individual responsibility and cooperation, for the benefit of future generations.

Cultural Understanding

28. We must respect and promote the beauty and commonality of human diversity through dialogue and activism across regions, nations, and continents.

29. We must use education to build bridges of understanding that forge societal bonds that will impact future generations.

30. We must acknowledge our responsibility to inspire future generations to achieve the full potential of united human ability.

32. We must promote and utilize successful actions that have brought about positive change in the community.

33. We must involve all community members, including children and the elderly, to build a stronger community.

We call on everyone to join in a campaign for victory in overcoming the forces which seek to divide and conquer. We are one people. We call upon all to join in helping to build an interdependent world culture, where we can live in peace, justice, and a sustainable environment!!! *

A Leadership Convergence was held at the Davidson Conference Center on the campus of the University of Southern California on Saturday, June 25, 2005. This event was held in support of the 60th anniversary of the United Nations and the 40th anniversary of the Unity-and-Diversity World Council, the latter being the sponsor of this event. 2. The organization is non-profit benefit organization and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is formed for the purpose to establish the promotion of social welfare worldwide. The primary purpose is to Anther the common good and general welfare of the world by bringing about civic betterment and social improvements. The organization primary income will be from contributions and the sale of our 20" X 30" inch Flag that has all of the 197 countries on it that were represented in the 1996 Summer Olympics.

3. No one person working for this organization will be paid more than $500.00 US dollars per week in salary

4. The distribution of funds will go to accredited organization such as the United State, Internal Revenue Services 501 (cX3) organizations exempts from taxation under section 501 (a) and to organizations of similar status in all countries of the world based upon its total number of population as it is a percentage of the worlds population. Funds will primary be distributed to feed the hungry first, then to teach the hungry how to feed themselves. If any country still has hinds coating from this organization it will be given to medical concerns and then housing.

5. The property of this organization is irrevocably dedicated to social welfare purposes and no part of the net income or assets of this organization shall ever inure to the benefit of any director, officer or to the benefit of any private person.

7. A committee of an odd number (3, 7, 9, 11 etc) will be organized for the sole purpose of the distribution of funds. If a vote is needed as to which organization funds will be given to, the majority will rule.

8. Upon the dissolution or winding up of the organization its assets remaining after payment, or provisions for payment, of all debts and liabilities of this organization shall be distributed to a nonprofit fund, foundation or corporation which is organized and operated exclusively for social welfare purposes and which has established its tax exempts status under IRS Section 501(c)(4) or similar rules for all other countries

Articles of Constitution of the undersigned, a majority of who are citizens of the United States, desiring to form a Non-Profit Organization under the Non-Profit Corporations Law of 601 (c)(4), do hereby certify:

No substantial part of the activities of the corporation shall be the carrying on of propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and the organization shall not participate in or intervene in (Including the publishing or distribution of statements) and political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office. Notwithstanding and other provision of these articles, the organization shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on (a) by a organization exempt from federal Income tax under section 501 (c) (4) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any further federal tax code or (b) by a corporation, contributions to which are deductible under section 170(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
